Chuck Morse is a writer, editor, and translator. He translated Abel Paz’s Durruti in the Spanish Revolution (Oakland, CA: AK Press, 2006) and Juan Suriano’s Paradoxes of Utopia: Anarchist Culture and Politics in Buenos Aires 1890–1910 (Oakland, CA: AK Press, 2010). His writings have appeared in several encyclopedias and numerous magazines, journals, and blogs. These include CounterPunchColorLines, Semiotext(e), Civil Eats, Revolution by the Book, NegationsAnarchist Studies, Perspectives on Anarchist Theory, The New Formulation, Left Green Notes, and many others.

He lives in West Oakland with his dogs.
